Exhibitors expressed their satisfaction at the high visitor numbers and the interest shown in their proposals. According to the participants, this Show pointed to a positive future in terms of tourist activity over the coming months.

Once again, the Catalan people ratified their reputation as keen travellers and demonstrated their interest in “getting away”, whether within Spain or to more further-flung destinations.

The first dedicated day for travel professionals met with a great response. Exhibitors appreciated this ideal environment in which to generate business and the high calibre of professional visitors.

Competitions for visitors, awards for travel professionals and themed areas, with the new section on cruises, rounded off the show’s range of attractions, which were designed to attract the maximum number of visitors and boost the tourism sector.
